Your business may need to track various details for each piece of equipment that you service for clients.  JobsPlus allows you to record the details for these pieces of equipment, including information such as:

 

·         Who the equipment belongs to

·         Where the equipment is located

·         What the details are:  Brand, Model, Serial number etc…

·         Any further notes or information that you wish to retain

 

With all these details, you will be able to determine when equipment is due for its next service.  You can be proactive by reminding clients that a service is due and this in turn can boost your cash flow.

 

You can categorise equipment type thereby making it easier to search for equipment. You can also search for equipment using ID number, brand model, client, and serial number.

 

You can view a list of jobs that have carried out work on the piece of equipment and from this screen you can display the details of a particular job.  This gives you a complete service work history for each piece of equipment.
