Keep up-to-date with the latest version of your JobsPlus software, receive the latest tips and techniques by subscribing to JobsPlus Care. Automatic Software Upgrades Automatically upgrade to any new version of JobsPlus when it is released during the course of your subscription, keeping your business up-to-date with the latest software changes. Access to Technical Support Telephone access to JobsPlus Technical Support for advice about your JobsPlus software during our support hours detailed above. Email access to Technical Support Emailing a clear description of your technical issue to the JobsPlus Technical Support email address detailed above, will usually have a reply to your business during the next business day. How to Subscribe to JobsPlus Care Download the appropriate JobsPlus Care subscription form by choosing one of the following links. The forms are available as PDF files. | Pay Per Call Support |
If you choose not to subscribe to JobsPlus Care, you are still able to access JobsPlus Support on a Pay Per Call Basis. By calling 1800 777 000, you can pay for technical support for your JobsPlus software as you require it. You must have your credit card details handy. Pay Per Call Support is available 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Sydney time. Pay Per Call support is charged at $2.20 per minute, with a minimum charge for $22. Prices are inclusive of GST. Prices and conditions are subject to change witout notice.
