Purchase Orders

 

The purchase order function in JobsPlus allows orders to be created and automatically linked to MYOB thereby eliminating double entry.

 

Features of this module include:

·         Taxable and tax exempt purchases

·         Tracking orders through receipt and invoice

·         Partial or whole receivals of an order

JobsPlus provides you with the ability to create purchase orders (see the Purchase Order screen below).  These purchase orders can be for parts that are required for a particular job or for ordering parts for your warehouse.  When a bill is entered for a purchase order, the details of the bill are sent to MYOB.  These details will look like you had entered the bill into MYOB giving you the full information for the bill in both JobsPlus and MYOB.
