Job scheduling is important in making your business operate efficiently. These details are easily available and able to be filtered to view the information you need at any point in time.

 

JobsPlus has not one, but three different schedulers to assist you

 

JobsPlus Scheduler

 

This is a schedule for an individual employee.  This scheduler is like calendar where employees can flick between days, weeks and months to view the work that they have.  Shown below is the view for a week.

 

 

 

Resource Scheduler

 

This scheduler displays all of the scheduled tasks for all of your employees for a given day on one screen as shown below.  This will enable you to easily see who is doing what and when, which will enable you to better schedule jobs.  If you need to view extra detail, then by simply double-clicking on a particular employee you can view all the appointments for that employee.

 

 

 

Job Labour Clock

 

This scheduler displays all of the scheduled jobs that an employee has for a selected day and enables them to automatically clock the time that they spend on each of these jobs.
