Security   Secure Data   JobsPlus has a security system based on staff members having their own logon name and password.  You can choose which areas of JobsPlus you wish an individual to have access to.  If you wish, you can create a generic login for multiple staff with the same security access to use.  For example, you could use the login “Store” for all your purchasing officers.       Creating a new user in JobsPlus is easy.  You can also delete a user if the login is no longer required.   By giving certain individuals customised access in JobsPlus, you can still run your business without giving users access to your financial data contained in MYOB.
