Timesheets

 

The timesheet section of JobsPlus allows you to enter employee timesheets at a single point in the system.  Once the timesheet details have been entered and verified as correct they can then be transferred to the actual jobs. 

 

 

Features of this Module

 

The features of the timesheet section of JobsPlus include:

 

·         Enter a timesheet by employee.  This allows you to choose an employee and enter the time worked for that employee against jobs.

·         Enter a data sheet - This allows you to enter timesheets for a number of employees.

·         Enter timesheets at the time interval that suits your business eg daily, weekly etc

·         Allows you to enter hours to be charged as well as hours actually worked

·         Allows you to apply a discount to an employee’s time spent on a job
